Rice pudding with apples and quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g rice pudding
  • Milk according to package instructions
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 eggs
  • e.g. raisins
  • 2 apples
  • 250 g quark
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the rice pudding in the milk according to the package instructions and let it cool briefly. Then stir in the sugar, lemon juice, eggs, and raisins. Grease a baking dish and pour half of the mixture into it. Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, and place them on top of the rice pudding, then cover with the remaining rice pudding. Bake at 180°C (350°F) with a fan oven for 30-45 minutes.
