Fried potatoes from the air fryer

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, mainly waxy
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and briefly soak them in water. Then drain and pat dry. Toss with oil and salt and fry for 30 minutes at 200°C. Turn occasionally.
