Potato casserole with minced meat and feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes, waxy
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 pack of mixed olives
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 pack of oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
  • 2 bags of grated Cheddar
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Boil and peel the potatoes. Cut into approximately 1 cm slices and place in a baking dish. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and fry until crumbly. Then spread it on top of the potatoes. Halve the cherry tomatoes and olives, chop the leek into small pieces, and place everything in the baking dish. Cut the feta cheese into short strips and sprinkle them over the casserole. Mix the sour cream, oatmeal, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce and pour evenly over the casserole. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Place the casserole in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 35-40 minutes.
