- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- some salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- possibly herbs

I mixed the milk and cream cheese. I used enough cream cheese to achieve the consistency I’d expect from a salad dressing. Then I added the vinegar and a spoonful of olive oil. You can, of course, omit the oil if you prefer. I also added Greek salad herbs and a clove of garlic. Finally, I seasoned with salt and pepper. I really enjoyed this salad dressing. Approximately 75 calories per serving.
