Protein semolina porridge

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 550 ml water
  • 120 g protein powder
  • 550 ml low-fat milk
  • 110 g soft wheat semolina
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the water and protein powder until lump-free, e.g., using a hand blender. Pour the mixture into a saucepan with the milk. Bring to a boil while stirring, then add the semolina and continue stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, separate the eggs. Stir the egg yolks into the porridge. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the porridge. Enjoy with fruit or nuts, or on its own. Contains 127g of protein in the entire pot, 16g per serving.
