Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g king prawns (Black Tiger), ready to cook
- 500 g leaf spinach
- 250 ml cream
- 50 g cream cheese
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and dry the spinach leaves. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in a pan with oil. Deglaze with cream. Gradually add the spinach leaves until completely wilted, stirring frequently. Then add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the shrimp in a second pan for 1 minute on each side, then add them to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes.
