Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp mild yogurt, 1.5%
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

mild, light, simple

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If the honey is very thick, add the honey first, then the vinegar. This will make it easier to mix in. If you’re in a hurry, season generously with salt and pepper. However, if you need time to let it sit, reduce the amount of salt and pepper. This dressing is great with iceberg lettuce and leaf salads. Tip: After mixing, I pour it into a mason jar so I can eat it the next day.
