Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg turkey breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cooked in the oven in a roasting bag
Wash the meat, pat dry, and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roughly chop the garlic and place it in the roasting bag with the meat. Add approximately 50 ml of water and seal the bag tightly. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place the roast on the middle rack, reduce the temperature to 175°C, and cook for approximately 60-75 minutes. Tastes delicious both hot and cold.
