Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g natural yogurt
- 60 ml milk, fresh, low-fat
- 125 g blueberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla from the vanilla mill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice of a fresh lemon
Instructions

First, wash the blueberries. Then, blend them with the milk and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Now add the vanilla, honey, and lemon and blend briefly again. Note: This drink is super light and perfect for a snack or as a meal replacement. If you like, you can also mix in 2 tablespoons of grains, such as chia seeds and oats, for breakfast.
