Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g rice noodles
- 480 ml milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar
- 5 peach halves
- some pineapple pieces
- some sour cherries
- 2 tbsp, heaped almond flakes

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Puree half of the peaches, chop the rest, and stir into the fruit puree. Bring the milk to a boil with the cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla sugar. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions for about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, adding a little more milk if needed. Divide the finished rice noodles among plates and garnish with the fruit puree and fruit. Optionally, sprinkle with toasted almond flakes. You can, of course, use other fruits—even fresh ones.
