Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can compote (pear compote)
- 500 g pasta
- 2 tsp margarine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Add a little salt to the water. Drain the pasta in a colander. Melt the margarine in the pasta pot on the hot stovetop. When the margarine starts to bubble, add the breadcrumbs and mix well with the margarine. Be careful that the breadcrumbs don’t get too brown. Then return the pasta to the pot and mix with the breadcrumbs. Once all the pasta is coated with breadcrumbs, it’s ready to serve. Add 1-2 pears and drizzle with a little pear juice from the can.
