- 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 2 lemons, juice
- 1 lime(s), organic, grated peel and juice
- 200 g powdered sugar

A sour, very refreshing ice cream for the ice cream maker – without egg
Combine yogurt, cream, juice of both lemons, juice of one lime, and grated green zest of the lime. Stir in 200 grams of powdered sugar and season to taste. If it’s still too tart, add more sugar. Keep in mind that frozen ice cream always tastes less sweet than the unfrozen base. Pour it into the ice cream maker. Garnish with lemon balm, a splash of sparkling wine, or whipped cream, if desired.
