Baby porridge "Tropical Mix"

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 papaya
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Fruit puree, super easy to prepare. Can be cooked in advance and frozen.

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut into pieces. Place them in a saucepan with 100-150 ml of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes until soft. In the meantime, peel the banana, mango, and papaya, remove the seeds, and also cut into pieces. Just before the end of the cooking time, mix the fruit with the apples and simmer briefly. Allow to cool slightly, then puree and fill into jars. When freezing, be careful not to overfill the jars, as this could cause them to burst. Only fill them about as full as the store-bought jars. I weigh them to be on the safe side. This amount is enough for about 5 large jars of 190 g each.
