Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Whisk the heavy cream and vanilla sugar with a whisk for about 6-7 minutes, until the buttermilk separates from the fat and a nice lump of butter forms. Then place the buttermilk in a tea towel and let it drain. Shape into a roll or ball and store in the refrigerator. It goes well with raisin bread or sweet yeast rolls. Don’t throw away the buttermilk; it’s delicious too.
