Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 3 tomatoes, ripe
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- ½ bunch coriander, chopped, amount to taste
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Cut the seeded tomatoes into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes with the other ingredients. Divide the salsa between two plates and place the trout fillets on top. Serve with a green salad and fresh baguette.
