Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 stalks of basil
- 80 g bell pepper(s), roasted from the jar
- 6 slice(s) turkey breast slices, smoked
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and peel the cucumber. Use a vegetable peeler to cut strips lengthwise, leaving only the core. Sprinkle the cucumber strips with a little salt and set aside. Cut the paprika, smoked turkey breast, and basil into strips. Place five to six cucumber strips next to each other, slightly overlapping, and pat dry. Top with the filling and roll up.
