  • 2 tbsp tomato paste, 3-fold concentrated
  • Sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, fresh, pressed
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the butter with tomato paste, basil, and garlic, season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and let it macerate. It tastes great with grilled food and on baguette or other bread.
