Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- ½ bunch basil, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Let the butter soften. Crush the garlic and mix with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and stir everything into the softened butter. Add the chopped herbs, roll the butter into a roll in parchment paper, and refrigerate. Tastes great with grilled food.
