  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves, or 250 g frozen coriander
  • 1 tsp spice mix (7-spice)
  • Salt
  • Coriander powder
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some mint

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Fry until golden brown. Sauté the garlic and add the chopped coriander. Add the potatoes and mix well until all the potatoes are covered in coriander. Season with the spice mix, salt, and coriander powder. This dish is usually eaten as a side dish. However, it can also be eaten as a main course; in this case, you can prepare the following salad: Peel the cucumber, quarter it, and slice it. Place the yogurt in a bowl and add the crushed garlic cloves. Season with salt and chopped mint, and stir in the cucumbers.
