Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggplant(s)
- 500 g minced beef
- some fat, e.g. coconut butter
- 4 spring onions
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and chop the vegetables. Dice the eggplant and slice the spring onion. Fry the ground beef in a little fat. Add the spring onion and sauté briefly, then add the eggplant and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Crumble the feta cheese, sprinkle it over the roasted meat, and mix well again.
