  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener

  • 2 tbsp chocolate-flavored cappuccino powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • possibly liquid sweetener
  • possibly chocolate rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 50 minutes

with cream cheese, springform pan 25 x 25 cm, approx. 8 pieces

Dough: Beat the eggs with warm water and sugar until very foamy. Sift together the flour, starch, baking powder and cocoa powder and fold in. Spread the batter into a greased, square springform pan (25 x 25 cm) and bake at 175°C with top/bottom heat on the second rack from the bottom for approx. 20 minutes. Allow the base to cool completely and then halve it. Cream: Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until very stiff, then fold in the cream cheese, honey and cappuccino powder, sweeten to taste if desired. Spread the cream on one half of the base, place the other half on top and press down lightly. Spread the remaining cream over the entire cake and decorate as desired. Place the slices in the fridge for approx. 2-3 hours, a little longer is better so that the cake is nicely set.
