- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some salt
- possibly pepper
- possibly lemon juice
- e.g. Dill (fresh or frozen)
Instructions

Great sour cream sauce for fish – fried or deep-fried – or delicious as a dip
Mix the ingredients together, season to taste, pour into a bowl, and garnish with fresh dill. Delicious with fish fillets, calamari, or simply for dipping!
