Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1,000 g chicken leg(s)
- 500 g chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 ml lemon juice
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Chicken thighs: Remove the meat from the bone and cut into pieces approximately 7×7 cm. Cut the chicken breast into equal-sized pieces. Slice the onion into rings. Crush the garlic using a garlic press. Mix everything (including the meat) carefully in a large bowl (to prevent the onion rings from breaking), cover with an upturned plate, place a weight (approx. 3 kg) on top, and let stand overnight. In the morning, remove the weight, stir again, let stand for another hour, then skewer (including the onion rings), and grill, basting occasionally with the remaining marinade during grilling. This amount is enough for 6 large skewers (each approximately 30 cm long).
