Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 200 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Heat the cream. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the heated cream. Be careful not to let the cream boil. Once the chocolate has completely melted, let it cool and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then beat it with a mixer until creamy.
