- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sugar

- 2 packs of cream stiffener, possibly 3

Ultra-delicious layer cake, Russian specialty
One cup holds approximately 250 ml. Dissolve the baking soda in the sour cream. Mix the sour cream with the sugar, egg, and flour, then divide the batter. Bake one portion in a springform pan at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Mix the second portion with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and bake in another springform pan for approximately 30 minutes. Let everything cool and cut the light-colored base into even cubes. For the cream, mix the sour cream with the sugar, cream stiffener, and lemon juice. Dip the cake cubes into the cream and pile them up on the dark base to form a mountain. Pour the remaining cream over the top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
