Spicy tuna cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with horseradish
  • 2 tsp chili sauce, sweet and sour
  • some chili flakes, ground
  • some salt
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

great on bread, with vegetables or for sushi

Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mix with a fork. Season with chili sauce (more to taste), salt, and chili flakes. Wash and finely chop the parsley, and stir in. Tastes great on warm or cold bread or as a dip with peppers, cucumber, etc. It’s also a great filling for homemade sushi.
