Feta and garlic dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop and crush the garlic cloves. Combine the garlic, feta, and cream in a small bowl and mix well. Season with a little tomato paste. It’s perfect for dipping raw vegetables like peppers, carrots, etc.
