Spicy feta cheese and paprika dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sheep’s cheese or goat’s cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 pieces of peppers, pickled grilled red, equivalent to about 1 whole pickled pepper
  • some oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the feta cheese, peeled onion, and garlic in a blender, then gradually add the sour cream and drained bell pepper pieces. Deseed the chili pepper and add only half to the blender. Then add the spices, olive oil, and perhaps a few squeezes of lemon juice. If it’s not hot enough, puree the other half of the chili pepper in a blender and add it. Sprinkle with parsley (fresh or dried). This makes a great dip for grilling, with chips, or simply with bread.
