Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 200 g shrimp(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Chop the avocado and mix with the ginger, garlic, shrimp, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Season with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. It’s great as an appetizer or as a side salad with sushi.
