Tomato salad "Barcelona" with avocado and tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 can of tuna in sunflower oil
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • Sunflower oil
  • Balsamic vinegar Bianco or Rosé
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the tomatoes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh. In a bowl, chop the tuna in oil. Peel the onions and slice them. Layer the ingredients on a platter: tomatoes, avocado, tuna, and then the onions. Season each layer with pepper and salt. Finally, drizzle the salad with oil and vinegar.
