Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of sandwich toast
  • 4 slices of cooked poultry ham
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 4 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan-assisted. Mix the mayonnaise with the paprika and chili powder. Toast the bread and spread with the mayonnaise. Place a slice of cooked chicken ham on each slice of toast, followed by a slice of pineapple, top with the cheddar cheese, and sprinkle a little oregano on the cheese. Bake the toast in the oven for about 8 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Garnish each slice with a tablespoon of cranberries and serve immediately while hot.
