Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g whole-grain toast with whole grains
  • 5 g butter
  • 80 g turkey breast slices
  • 200 g pineapple, fresh
  • 20 g Emmental cheese, 45% fat
  • some curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 170°C (fan oven). Toast the bread slices, spread with butter, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Top with the turkey breast slices. Peel the pineapple, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into rings. Arrange these on the bread slices. The remaining pineapple can be used as a dessert. Place the Emmental cheese on top of the pineapple. Bake the sandwiches on the middle rack of the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with curry powder and serve.
