Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 large mushrooms
- 6 cubes of feta cheese
- 6 basil leaves
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 spring onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 ciabatta
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the spring onions. Place a basil leaf inside each mushroom, season with salt and pepper. Place a piece of feta cheese on top and sprinkle with spring onions. Wrap the stuffed mushrooms in bacon. Grill indirectly at 180°C with the lid closed for 30-45 minutes.
