Grilled mushroom skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp ketap manis
  • 3 tbsp ketap asin
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms. For the marinade, press the garlic and mix well with all the other ingredients. Pour the marinade into a lidded container, add the mushrooms, and seal the container. Turn the container several times to ensure the marinade reaches all parts of the mushrooms. Let it marinate overnight. Then drain the marinade and thread the mushrooms onto skewers. Grill for about 10 minutes.
