Vegan 5-minute chocolate cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g vegan chocolate bar
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • some xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • some water
  • Fruits of the season

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat 2 tablespoons of water with 2 tablespoons of coconut milk in a pan. Add the chocolate chunks and melt over moderate heat. Meanwhile, stir the cornstarch into the remaining coconut milk and pour the mixture into the chocolate. Bring to a boil briefly, stirring constantly. Ladle into bowls and refrigerate. Garnish with fruit.
