Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 4 tbsp mineral water
- 4 tbsp low-fat milk
- 6 drops of vanilla flavor
- Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together and fry with oil or butter.
