Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 100 ml milk
- 40 g flour
- 40 g oat flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- a little oil for frying (if needed)

Whisk the eggs with the flour, oats, and milk to form a thin batter and add a pinch of salt. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the batter. In a nonstick pan (if it’s good, you can do without oil), fry a ladleful of batter into a palm-sized pancake. This should make about 10 pancakes; I was full after 5. The calorie count refers to half the pancakes = one serving.
