Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g soy flour, full-fat (from Spielberger or Sobo)
- 50 ml milk, low-fat or soy milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 pinch of salt
- sweetener
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- Spice(s), e.g. vanilla or cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with soy flour
Combine soy flour, milk, egg whites, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Sweeten and season to taste. Fry immediately or after a short soaking time (but stir in the baking powder just before baking) in a non-stick pan with or without fat, as needed. Very tasty and a great alternative to high-carb pancakes! Makes one pancake with 125 kcal, 3 g carbs, 15 g protein, and 6 g fat.
