Toast with onions and mountain cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of spelt toast
  • 50 g onion(s), finely diced
  • 100 g mountain cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and hearty

Sauté the diced onions in butter until translucent. Then spread them evenly on the toast and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Serve as a small snack with a green salad.
