Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 half peaches (from the can)
  • 6 slices of toast
  • 6 slice(s) sausage substitute (vegetarian salami)
  • 6 slices of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the toast on the baking sheet. Top with salami, then the peach halves. Cover with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
