Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- ½ celeriac, cooked until soft
- 50 g cheese (hard cheese)
- 1 apple
- ½ tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them. Peel the celery root and cut it into sticks, as well as the cheese. Peel and quarter the apple. Remove the core and slice the quarters thinly. Mix everything well. Mix the remaining ingredients into a salad dressing, pour over the salad, and stir in. Let it marinate well.
