Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1,000 ml meat broth
  • 75 g bacon
  • 4 tbsp onion(s), diced
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • marjoram
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain the cooking broth and whisk the potatoes until smooth. Dilute with the meat broth. Cut the bacon into small strips. Fry with the diced onion until crispy and stir into the soup. Season to taste with soy sauce, marjoram, and pepper.
