Six-piece potato salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 6 small apples
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 6 gherkins
  • 6 slices of pineapple
  • 1 small jar of remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them with their skins on for about 20 minutes, then rinse and peel them. Peel the apples and boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cut all ingredients into small pieces or rings and mix well with the remoulade. If you like, you can add a small onion and season with salt and pepper.
