Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 puff pastry, frozen
- 250 g quark
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 ½ tbsp, heaped cornstarch
- 1 shot of milk

delicious strudel with a light vanilla flavor
Beat the quark until creamy. Stir in 1 egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch. Beat the other egg yolk with a splash of milk. Spread the puff pastry with the quark cream. Roll the dough into a strudel. Brush with the egg-milk mixture. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. If you like, you can also mix raisins into the quark.
