- 500 g natural yogurt
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some chili flakes
- some pepper

Pour the natural yogurt into a bowl and crumble the feta cheese. Then add the crushed or chopped garlic and mix everything together. Season with chili and pepper. It’s best to make this a day in advance so the mixture can marinate. It tastes delicious with meat or grilled vegetables, but it’s also highly recommended as a spread or dip for vegetable sticks. Tip: For a low-fat version, simply use 0.1% yogurt and the light version of the feta.
