Cocktail sauce/dressing

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 25 g tomato ketchup
  • 25 g cream, unwhipped
  • 5 g horseradish
  • 2 ml brandy, approx. 1 tsp
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 dashes orange juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place a tall liter measure or measuring jug on the scale and set it to zero. Then weigh all the ingredients one by one into the liter measure. Once everything is weighed, puree with a hand blender – but not for too long. Puréeing eliminates the need to whip the cream. If you like it a little spicier or more tomatoey, simply increase the amount of ketchup or horseradish. Instead of the cream, you can also use 7% Cremefine, which saves calories. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Perfect with grilled food, fish, or as a salad dressing.
