Stuffed mushrooms with cottage cheese and ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-large mushrooms
  • 4 tsp cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 slice(s) smoked ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for tea, brunch or as finger food

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Add the cream cheese to the resulting hollow. Tear the ham into four pieces and place them on top of the cream cheese, as high as possible. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper, and, if you like, a dash of chili flakes. A blend of East Frisian tea goes wonderfully with this.
