Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt, Greek or natural yogurt
  • 100 g pumpkin puree
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 2 minutes

Oat flakes with pumpkin puree and yogurt

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight in a sealed jar. Enjoy the next morning. If you like, you can top with whole nuts or fresh fruit.
