Delicious autumnal breakfast quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • mineral water
  • 1 large plum(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal or unsweetened muesli
  • possibly sweetener
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the quark with a little mineral water until creamy. Dice the plum and apple and stir into the quark along with the oat flakes or muesli. If you like it a little sweeter, add a little vanilla sugar or sweetener.
