Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g plum(s), pitted
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 100 g quark, 0.2% fat content

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious spread

Pit the plums and briefly sauté them with honey, cinnamon, and water. Don’t overcook them! Puree with the quark in a blender or with a hand blender and enjoy on bread or rolls. One serving makes about a jar of jam. This is a low-calorie, wholesome spread.
